This is a large machine that comes as a fixed 45 degree edge, or their is the Lead 118V which can do variable angles work on straight lines.
The machine has Eight electric motors 2.5 hp each.
1st & 2nd motors: For diamond cup wheels @ 150 mm.
3rd & 4th motors: For polishing the edges @ 150 mm.
5th & 6th motors: For Aries Diamond cup wheel.
7th & 8th motors: For Aries polishing cup wheel.
It works with cooling system with closed circuits.
On board computer for operating polishing wheels, programmable by a keyboard to:
- count pieces
- count meters
- count kilometers
- count hours
- display machining speed
